Nikki joined the practice in 1989 as head nurse. After having her daughter in 1995, she moved over to head receptionist, and then over time took on the position of practice administrator. She holds the veterinary practice administration certificate and also completed the veterinary care assistants diploma. Currently she is working on a feline behaviour and psychology course, as cats and their behaviour have always interested her. Nikki lives with four cats, six ducks, a pet squirrel, three horses and a nutty working Cocker Spaniel called Peggy who, to say the least, is challenging after always owning Collies.
Kim has been with working at Falkland Veterinary Clinic as a receptionist since 2007. At home she has an adopted kitten named Fudge.
Karen joined the team in 2013. She works in the admin office and on reception. Away from work Karen enjoys walking her two dogs and spending time with her family.
Lisa has been a veterinary receptionist for 10 years and joined the practice in 2008. She has owned dogs and horses, and has a passion for all animals and their welfare. In her spare time Lisa enjoys horse riding, running, swimming and walking dogs with her husband.
Debbie has worked at Falkland Veterinary Clinic since December 2015. Before this, she worked in mortgage arrears debt management. She lives in Thatcham with her husband, two children and two dogs, Millie, a Lurcher and Holly, a Labradoodle. She enjoys walks with her family and crafting with her sister.
Roz has been working at Falkland Veterinary Clinic part-time since January 2015 and enjoys meeting clients and their many varied pets. She has a great love of animals and has kept many different species over the years, including cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, ducks, chickens, ferrets and sheep, to name but a few. She currently has two dogs, Barney and Stanley. She enjoys taking them for walks and hacking out on her horse, Robbie the Cobbie.
Julie joined Falkland Veterinary Clinic as a receptionist in the summer of 2003 when the practice was a lot smaller than it is now. She has had many rescue dogs over the last 29 years. Julie enjoys dog agility and dog training including Rally-O, but only for fun. She can often be found exploring the countryside with her current rescue dog. Julie also has an interest in photography and gardening.
Dawn joined Falkland in May 2016 as a receptionist and enjoys spending time with her family, horses and Labradors.
